The design adheres to rigorous WELL Building Standards and serves as a flagship example of incorporating wellness principles into both residential and commercial projects. “The idea behind WELL Design is an overview of the office occupants and how we occupy and use the space,” says Laura Britt, founding Principal Britt Design Group. In designing the new office space, the team used technological integration of both AV and lighting systems allowing for maximum flexibility of the space.
